Delivery Methods:
Most of the products we sell are downloadable. Immediately following the
check out process, a download button or an e-mail link for downloading the
products will be available to you for 24 hours. For physical products, most
ship within 2 business days. For consulting services, the appointment will
be scheduled at a mutually convenient time as soon as payment is received.
All prices are in US $ and credit card charges will reflect
that currency.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Consulting Arrangements
A full credit is available to be applied toward future work for any cancellations
or requests to re-schedule 24+ hours prior to the appointment. A minimum
charge of 1 hour will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled
with less than 24 hours notice.
Downloadable products
All products have a free trial and many have a free eReport to provide additional
details. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of both of these resources
prior to purchasing a product as no refunds will be given.
Physical Products
Refunds are available for any products returned in saleable condition within
30 days. Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Speaking Arrangements
Since cancellation causes an irreplaceable loss of income to the speaker,
any cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled date will be considered
purchased service, for which payment is due in full.
Under no circumstances is the deposit amount required to save the date
refunded. This amount, however, can be transferred to another speaking engagement.

Tele-Classes/Webinars
If you are unable to attend a tele-class/webinar, a credit for a future tele-class/webinar
or a recording of the missed tele-class/webinar will be given with 24+ hours
notice prior to the tele-class. Less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture
of any fee that has been paid.
Complaint Resolution Policy: McWilliams & Associates
Inc. offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. For attendees who have received
CPE credit for the course, accepting the certificate of completion constitutes
acceptance of the course.
Course Update Policy: With an annual release of QuickBooks
accounting software and frequent releases of products by integrated application
developers, the course will be updated at least annually, but more frequently
as needed.
