Delivery Methods
Most of the products we sell are downloadable. Immediately
following the check out process, a download button or an e-mail link for downloading
the products will be available to you for 24 hours. For products that require a key code or a license code, it will be sent under seperate cover directly from the developer within 2 business days.For physical products, most
ship within 2 business days. For consulting services, the appointment will be
scheduled at a mutually convenient time as soon as payment is received.

Refund/Cancellation

Consulting Arrangements
A full credit is available to be applied toward future work for any cancellations
or requests to re-schedule 48 hours prior to the appointment. A minimum charge
of 1/2 the scheduled time will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less
than 24 hours notice.
Downloadable products
All products have a free trial and many have a free eReport to provide additional
details. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of both of these resources
prior to purchasing a product as no refunds will be given.
Physical Products
Refunds are available for any products returned in saleable condition within
30 days. Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Knowledge Base Subscription
When the knowledge base subscription is originally purchased, the amount due is pro-rated to the next renewal plus a $1 set up fee.
3 month regular renewals:

To ensure continued access, the credit card used will be automatically charged on the renewal date listed above. An email will be sent to the address on record when the credit card is charged.
Should the subscriber wish to cancel, notification within 5 days of the renewal charge will be refunded. Notification received 6+ days after the renewal will be effective with the next renewal period, and no refund will be given.
Speaking Arrangements
Since cancellation causes an irreplaceable loss of income to the speaker,
any cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled date will be considered purchased
service, for which payment is due in full.
Under no circumstances is the deposit amount required to save the date refunded.
This amount, however, can be transferred to another speaking engagement.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing prior to 30 days, the following

Tele-Classes / Webinars
If you are unable to attend a tele-class, a credit for a future tele-class or
a recording of the missed tele-class will be given with 24+ hours notice prior

fee that has been paid.
