We now have a tool that was developed by Big Red Consulting to solve one of the biggest frustrations of using QuickBooks for time and billing procedures.

With this tool, you can now automate the process of creating a complete work in process report for all unbilled items, expenses, and time (yes with dollars, not just hours) plus, use the resulting spreadsheet to reveiw the amounts to be charged to the client prior to creating the invoice. There is even a column to enter write up/down amounts so the report also serves as a "batch total" for balancing the total amount invoiced.
